Hotel Sales Manager

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue for our hotel You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate clients and travel agents Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales preferably in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Salary $1300 per month Nationality Preference for Indian candidates Language Fluent in English additional languages considered an asset Employment Type Contract position Experience Level No experience required Accommodation Provided by the company VisaWork Permit Company will cover costs for visawork permit application process Candidate Profile This position is ideal for recent graduates or students looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry The successful candidate should be self-motivated results-driven and have a passion for sales This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in hotel sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
