Responsibilities

  • As part of our Litigation team, you will manage and litigate exciting cases from inception to resolution, with supervision as needed
  • Responsibilities include crafting case strategies, taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, collaborating with staff and investigators on discovery and fact-finding, and pursuing resolutions through motions for summary judgment, mediation, or trial
  • Your caseload will encompass various practice areas, including civil rights, employment, tort, and other actions
