The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for patent law, contributing to a dynamic team in a collaborative environment. Duties Conduct patent prosecution and manage patent portfolios. Collaborate with attorneys on litigation and corporate matters. Provide technical insights and support to legal teams. Engage in mentorship and professional development activities. Requirements Two or more years of patent prosecution experience. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or Physics, or equivalent experience. Passed the patent bar exam. Excellent academic credentials and strong technological background. Superior oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Education M.S. or higher preferred. Certifications Patent bar certification. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
