Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent position Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Full-time, direct employment only (no locum or contract) Licensing/Certifications: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine required Experience: Proven experience in obstetrics, maternal fetal medicine preferred Pay & Benefits: Compensation: Base salary of $650,000 annually + up to $25,000 annual quality incentive bonus Perks & Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid CME days (5/year) plus $4,500 annually for CME, dues, and expenses Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 Generous PTO (224 hours) plus 40 hours NJ sick leave Comprehensive licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient maternal fetal medicine consultations at two locations in Pomona and Atlantic City Assist with inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona Participate in rotating call shifts including nights and weekends Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems Collaborate with OB generalists and neonatologists Support remote monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Work within a Level III NICU with 22 beds, 9 labor & delivery beds, and 25 private postpartum beds What You Need: Board-certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine NJ medical license or ability to obtain one Minimum of 3+ years of obstetrics and maternal fetal medicine experience Strong collaborative and communication skills Ability to perform high-quality outpatient and inpatient care in a busy hospital environment About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Atlantic City, New Jersey, dedicated to excellence in women’s health with advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team spanning outpatient and inpatient perinatal services.
