Global Head of Total Rewards & HR Systems

Fogo de Chão seeks a Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, recognition, leave, and HR technology programs globally. The role partners with HR Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure compliance, scalability, and data-informed decisions.

The position requires 6–8 years in total rewards or HR systems with 2–4 years in leadership, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
