responsibilities:

  • Execute all phases of EPC subcontract formation, including bidder prequalification, RFP preparation, proposal evaluation, commercial summaries, and contract execution.

  • Administer assigned subcontracts by continually reviewing progress, tracking budgets, and identifying potential technical, financial, or legal challenges.

  • Negotiate subcontract change orders, amendments, and claims with subcontractors and clients to achieve equitable settlements.

  • Organize and lead contract-related meetings, including pre-bid and pre-award clarifications, to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

  • Maintain control and status reporting documents while implementing standardized subcontract administration procedures for Our Client.
