Job Title: Subcontracts Administrator

Duration: 12 Months (High Possibility of Extension)

Location: Chandler, AZ

Rate Range: $ 51/hr - $ 66/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts Administrator to support the formation, negotiation, award, and administration of EPC subcontracts for a large-scale semiconductor construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract management, procurement, subcontract negotiations, and EPC/construction industry practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of EPC subcontracts, including sourcing, bidding, negotiation, award, and administration.

• Prepare and issue Request for Proposal (RFP) packages and coordinate bidder communications.

• Evaluate commercial bids, prepare bid summaries, and obtain contract approvals.

• Administer subcontract agreements, monitor contractor performance, and ensure contractual compliance.

• Prepare change orders, amendments, and negotiate commercial settlements with subcontractors.

• Monitor subcontract cost, scope, schedule, and financial performance throughout project execution.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Project Controls teams on subcontract matters.

• Conduct bid clarification, pre-award, and subcontract review meetings with stakeholders.

• Maintain subcontract documentation, reports, and contract status records.

• Identify contractual risks and recommend solutions to minimize commercial and project impacts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of subcontract/contract administration experience, or 9+ years of equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontract administration within EPC, construction, engineering, or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, pricing, negotiations, and subcontract management.

• Experience managing complex contract types such as LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey), T&M (Time & Material), and Unit Rate contracts.

Additional Information:

• Experience supporting large-scale EPC, semiconductor, industrial, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are required.

• Familiarity with engineering, construction, procurement, and project controls processes is an advantage.
