Assembler I This role is responsible for performing a variety of assembly and non-assembly functions in support of manufacturing goals and production requirements. Operate equipment used to manufacture products. Assemble, inspect, and verify products according to established departmental procedures. Identify product or equipment issues during the manufacturing process and escalate concerns to the Line Lead or Supervisor. Assist with the setup and cleanup of manufacturing equipment as required. Actively participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Perform routine assignments requiring limited judgment and decision-making. Maintain professional conduct with internal and external business associates. Understand the quality impact of job performance and adhere to established quality standards. Maintain awareness of potential product defects related to manufacturing, testing, verification, and validation activities. Comply with all established business policies and procedures. Support the development, implementation, and effectiveness of the Quality Management System in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Ability to stand for extended periods and throughout the entire shift. Perform repetitive movements, including pushing and pulling products within the assembly area. Occasional bending, stooping, and movement of completed products between work areas. Assist with cleaning manufacturing equipment and workstations. No heavy lifting required. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are required. Manufacturing/production environment. Fast-paced setting with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity. Compliance with established quality and regulatory standards is required.
