Responsibilities / Requirements Manage and restock office and breakroom supplies Work with HR to coordinate new hire setup (ordering business cards, programming access badges, etc.) Assist with New Hire Orientation Maintain accurate employee information and phone lists Greet visitors and handle incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Oversee mail, FedEx, and fax distribution Monitor and maintain printer and plotter supplies Submit and track building maintenance requests Provide general administrative support as needed Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required 3+ years of administrative or office coordination experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent multitasking and time management skills Professional and personable communication style Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join CAM?
