The role will network and build relationships with prospects, customers, and candidates at the local, regional, and national level to successfully make direct hire and executive placements. What Do We Look For? Individuals based in the Dallas, Texas area, but we are open to candidates residing within Texas area. Individuals with a strong business acumen and customer service skills Exceptional business development skills Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably executive search within the legal industry Previous sales experience preferred Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging Bachelor's degree or transferable experience What's in it for you?
