Our district covers Lane County and surrounding areas, and were growing!

We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance solutions that protect our clients and their most important assets. If you thrive in a competitive, high-performance environment and want to be part of a winning team, this could be the perfect career path for you.

Responsibilities

Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a preferred

Proven track record of winning

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

Intrinsically driven to be successful

Willingness to get Property and Casaulty and Life and Health licenses (we will pay for these!)

Able to pass State background checks
