Southern Truck Equipment Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Almont, MI! Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office communications
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation
• Support management and staff with administrative needs and reporting
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office management or administrative role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in the trucking, automotive, or equipment industry is a bonus
