Our client, a growing physician-led orthopedic practice and ambulatory surgery center serving patients across Northern New Jersey, is hiring a Healthcare Human Resources Operations Manager . Responsibilities Develop and implement core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Partner with leadership to cultivate and promote a positive, collaborative organizational culture. Provide employee coaching, conduct investigations, and address HR-related concerns. Introduce structure and professionalism into HR operations, including recruitment strategies. Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies, maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace. Qualifications Well-rounded HR professional with strong analytical and organizational skills. Proven experience in building and formalizing HR functions within growing organizations. Ability to operate both strategically and tactically to implement scalable HR solutions. Proficiency with HR systems, notably Paycom (HRIS).
