DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor and employee entry procedures in accordance with site protocols, while maintaining awareness of restricted areas and unusual activity.
- Support day-to-day operations by observing and reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and by providing clear directions and assistance when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Possess a college degree.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
