Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. This role plays a key part in supporting efficient and consistent manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety standards
• Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments or notify maintenance if needed
• Assemble, pack, or label products as required
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must pass E-Verify and background check
• Must be available for mandatory overtime and Saturdays
