Bilingual Leasing Professional Hire Priority is seeking a high-energy, dependable Bilingual Leasing Professional for a multifamily apartment community in Houston, TX. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a busy office environment, and is comfortable answering phones, assisting walk-in residents and prospects, and supporting daily leasing activity. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who is ready to support a busy leasing office in a community offering affordable apartment homes, a friendly residential setting, and a convenient Houston location near shopping, dining, parks, and everyday essentials. The property also operates with published office hours Monday through Friday and Saturday, which supports the client's note that this is an active office environment.

Bilingual Leasing Professional Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
• Greet and assist walk-in residents and prospects with professionalism and urgency
• Tour apartment homes and answer questions about community features, availability, and the surrounding neighborhood
• Support leasing activity and general front office operations in a busy environment
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Help maintain organized traffic, guest communication, and office follow-up
• Assist with day-to-day leasing support and administrative tasks as needed
• Work closely with the office team to help ensure smooth daily operations

Job Details:

• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• Property located in the Northside/ Northline area Houston, TX
• Busy office environment
• Entry-level candidates will be considered if they have strong customer service skills and are fluent in Spanish
• Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Previous leasing experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome if they have strong customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic office
• OneSite experience helpful
• Strong phone skills, professionalism, and communication skills are essential
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to assist residents and prospects throughout the day
• Previous multifamily experience is a plus
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws required
• Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process
