For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Salary is determined by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your first rotation will be in West Chester, OH. You must be willing to relocate, as this is a 3‑year rotational program to different Schneider Electric locations. This program provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience across our manufacturing, distribution center, and corporate HUB sites.
