Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong commitment to helping students achieve their motor and functional goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct, evidence-based physical therapy services within various school environments
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ functional mobility and participation in educational activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and ongoing needs
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute therapy expertise to student planning
• Offer recommendations for accommodations and interventions to enhance student success
