Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and more.

• Providing individual and couples therapy, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support client progress.

• Regularly reviewing and modifying treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engaging in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support to clients during acute distress situations.
