Position Summary The Line & Ramp Leadis responsible forsupporting daily shift operations, meeting customer service expectations, and ensuring base requirements are fulfilledin accordance withJet Aviation policies and procedures. This role provides shift leadership and supports the training and development of the Line Services team while also actively performing line service duties as part of the team. The Line & Ramp Lead is expected to lead by example, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service while helping maintain operational standards and supporting the overall success of the base. Work Schedule & Compensation Aviationoperateson a dynamic schedule—things can change fast, and our success depends on team members who can adapt. We formallyoperate24 hoursdaily,7 days weekly. B Shift (3PM-11PM) will be theinitialassignment, with the potential for changes over time as our business needs and opportunities evolve. Training for this role is expected to lastapproximately 4–6 weeks. During the training period, hours may differ from the assigned shift listed based on operational and training needs.Once initial training is successfully completed, you will transition to the assigned shift. The posted salary range reflects the baseline compensation for this exempt position in the applicable regional market and does not include anyadditionalpremiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $25 - $30 hourly, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary. Working knowledge of general aviation and corporateaircraftrefueling and towing procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. High school diploma or GEDrequired. Two to four years of relevant experiencerequired, including at least two years as a Line Service Technician and/or in a training role; equivalent education and experience may be considered. Must be at least 18 years old andmaintaina clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, perform in varying weather conditions, and meet physical job requirements. Must be able to obtain NATA Line Service certification, an MVOP within 30–60 daysof hire, and an Airport ID Badge within30 daysof hire. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with limited supervision. Capable of assuming leadership responsibilities in the supervisor’s absence. Main Responsibilities Support daily oversight of shift operations, including reviewing team timecards,assistingwith schedule coordination, andmonitoringovertime usage. Serve as the primary point of contact for shift communications and help implement management directives, operational priorities, andrequiredteam training. Lead day-to-day flight line operationsin accordance withestablished Line and Ramp Services procedures, includingaircraftfueling, towing, hangar stacking, ramp parking, service equipment handling, and general facilities upkeep. Promote and enforce compliance with all safety policies and procedures, providing direction to team members and supporting operational leadership in the Senior Manager’s absence. Marshalaircraftduring arrivals and departures using standard hand signals and safe operating practices. Assistwithaircraftand hangar cleaning activities as required to support operational readiness and service standards.
