Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for our Scranton branch.

Recruit, train, and support a group of dedicated insurance producers.

Foster an environment where agents feel empowered to grow their own practice.

Develop and implement sales strategies that increase our footprint in the community.

Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to secure the best products for our clients.

Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to ensure consistent success.

Requirements

Current Life, Accident, and Health insurance license for Pennsylvania.

Previous leadership experience in building and mentoring sales teams.

Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and carrier relationships.

Proven track record in driving revenue and meeting growth targets.

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
