Our client, an industry leader in customer service, is seeking a Customer Service/ Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As a Customer Service/ Front Desk Receptionist, you will be part of the front office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Location: Waynesville, NC

Pay Range: 18.00

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel
Answering and routing incoming phone calls professionally
Managing front desk operations and maintaining a welcoming environment
Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry
Supporting team members with various clerical duties as needed

What's Needed?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred
