Product Manager (Back of House)

Job Summary Our client, a leading retail & consumer goods provider, is seeking a Product Manager (Back of House) to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia. Core Responsibilities Focus on operational intelligence, data strategy, and technology modernization Help connect fragmented systems and unlock the value of the organization's extensive operational data by delivering actionable insights and recommendations to restaurant teams Assist with labor optimization, forecasting, analytics, reporting, and decision-support tools Help stores make better real-time decisions by combining data from multiple sources and creating scalable solutions that improve operational performance while helping shape the technology ecosystem Take a data, platform, and systems-oriented approach Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Strong understanding of modern Product Management principles and practices Ability to identify opportunities and define problems worth solving Experience leading discovery and validating solutions through data and experimentation Proven ability to prioritize investments based on customer value and business impact Outcomes-focused mindset with ownership of results, not just deliverables Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Former Software Engineering background AI, Generative AI, Copilot, Automation, or emerging technology experience Experience working with customer-facing or operational technology products Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams Collaborative, low-ego approach Comfortable influencing without direct authority Work Environment Location: Atlanta, GA Hybrid (4 days a week onsite, one day WFH) Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $140,000 and $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
