$116.9k - $183.7k
Full-time

ZoomInfo Technologies LLC

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

As a Principle Procurement Manager, you will support the enterprise-wide procurement strategy, complex sourcing initiatives, strategic supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations that support ZoomInfo’s business objectives. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, shaping procurement strategies that improve cost efficiency, mitigate risk, strengthen supplier performance, and enable business growth.

This role will be responsible for the review, negotiation, classification, storage, governance, and reporting of vendor contracts. The Principle Procurement Manager will establish and advance procurement practices for products and services, including SaaS, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, enterprise licensing, security, and technology-enabled services. The role will also implement company policy on contractual terms, lead contract management strategy, and support contract compliance investigations.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract governance, supplier performance management, and procurement analytics. This individual will influence senior stakeholders, lead complex and high-value negotiations, and help transform procurement into a strategic business partner.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for ZoomInfo Procurement activities, including intake, requirements development, sourcing strategy, due diligence, contract review, approvals, execution, onboarding, governance, renewal, and termination.
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies for products and services, including SaaS, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, cybersecurity, telecommunications, professional services, and technology-enabled services.
  • Prepare, review, negotiate, execute, and manage complex contracts, renewals, terminations, amendments, change orders, statements of work, and other commercial agreements.
  • Lead high-value and high-complexity sourcing initiatives, including Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, Requests for Quotes, competitive bidding events, and strategic supplier selections.
  • Define deal objectives, sourcing strategies, negotiation positions, and approval requirements in partnership with business, finance, legal, security, and technology stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations involving complex contractual terms, pricing structures, service commitments, liability, data protection, security, intellectual property, termination rights, renewals, and other strategic considerations.
  • Drive transformational commercial negotiations and change-enablement initiatives that deliver enterprise-wide value, measurable cost savings, risk reduction, and operational improvements.
  • Benchmark vendor spend, pricing, contract structures, and service levels against industry data and market conditions to ensure ZoomInfo obtains competitive commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and implement total-cost-of-ownership models, should-cost analyses, financial scenarios, and business cases to support strategic sourcing and investment decisions.
  • Partner with finance to establish effective processes for supplier payments, invoices, purchase orders, work orders, accruals, forecasts, savings tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain procurement metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that demonstrate cost savings, spend under management, contract performance, risk exposure, supplier health, cycle time, and business value.
  • Translate complex procurement data and analytics into strategic insights, recommendations, and compelling business narratives for senior leadership.
  • Lead procurement analytics initiatives and advance data governance, reporting standards, performance measurement methodologies, and predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain supplier governance frameworks, including executive business reviews, operating reviews, performance reviews, escalation processes, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Collect, classify, store, and regularly review relevant vendor contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service-level objectives, security requirements, regulatory expectations, and company policies.
  • Develop contractual artifacts, governance materials, sourcing playbooks, negotiation strategies, supplier scorecards, service-level frameworks, and other procurement documentation.
  • Review SLA and operational metrics, identify trends and performance gaps, and lead corrective actions that improve service quality, cost efficiency, and supplier accountability.
  • Manage and resolve complex contract disputes in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Technology, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead investigations into contract compliance, supplier performance, pricing, invoicing, service-level adherence, and other commercial concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity, and third-party risks throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Influence executive decision-making by presenting data-driven recommendations regarding supplier portfolios, sourcing strategies, contract terms, commercial tradeoffs, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align supplier portfolio decisions with business continuity, customer experience, growth, sustainability, and competitive positioning objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to stakeholders on procurement processes, sourcing best practices, vendor management, contract administration, commercial strategy, and governance.
  • Act as the senior liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders for sourcing, contracting, service delivery, escalation, and supplier relationship activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate complex stakeholder discussions, executive presentations, supplier negotiations, and decision-making forums.
  • Establish procurement as a trusted strategic partner by delivering executive-level insights, influencing business strategy, and building lasting relationships across the organization.
  • Mentor and develop procurement team members and contribute to the advancement of procurement capabilities, operating standards, tools, and processes.
  • Promote the use of AI, automation, advanced procurement technology, and data-driven tools to improve procurement efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and decision quality.
  • Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement speed, scalability, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
  • Champion organizational accountability by modeling ownership behaviors and ensuring procurement decisions align with business strategy, risk tolerance, and enterprise priorities.

What You Bring:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA, master’s degree, or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Eight or more years of progressive experience in product and services procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic procurement programs that improve total cost of ownership, service quality, operational resilience, and competitive positioning.
  • Proven ability to benchmark vendor spend, pricing, commercial terms, and service performance using industry data, market intelligence, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of spend analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, cost analysis, savings validation, supplier segmentation, and total-cost-of-ownership methodologies.
  • Ability to collect and analyze financial, market, operational, technical, and supplier information to develop recommendations that influence enterprise sourcing and investment decisions.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, business cases, supplier scorecards, performance metrics, and data-driven reporting frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of contract governance, supplier relationship management, compliance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish supplier governance frameworks and lead executive business reviews, performance reviews, escalation processes, and corrective action plans.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Technology, Risk, and executive stakeholders to resolve complex commercial and operational issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and navigate competing priorities, complex contractual tradeoffs, and organizational risk.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing, and storytelling skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build alignment across departments, and establish procurement as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Global experience preferred, including experience managing international suppliers, cross-border sourcing activities, and regional commercial requirements.
