Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure as required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, enabling comprehensive assessments for Spanish-speaking students
- Experience conducting speech, language, and communication evaluations in school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough speech and language evaluations for students, with a focus on those requiring bilingual (Spanish/English) assessment
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support tailored educational plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input for goals and recommendations
- Deliver clear communication with students, families, and fellow professionals
