Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations at one of our external warehouse facilities in Libertyville, IL. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory, leading warehouse personnel, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain productivity, quality standards, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse and inventory associates.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and records.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and movement of incoming and outgoing products.
Ensure products are properly stocked and organized within the warehouse.
Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor warehouse operations to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and customer service standards are met.
Contribute warehouse information to strategic planning and operational reviews.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to maintain workflow.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.
Proven experience managing and motivating employees in a warehouse environment.
Strong inventory management and warehouse operations knowledge.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking processes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
