Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Project Manager to steer the full lifecycle of complex architectural and engineering projects. Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Orchestration: Architect comprehensive project plans, defining work breakdown structures and resource allocations that ensure technical and operational success.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between the firm and our partners, managing expectations and fostering deep-seated trust to ensure long-term project viability.

• Lifecycle Stewardship: Oversee every phase of the projectfrom initial design through final deliveryensuring all milestones are met on time, within budget, and in total alignment with business objectives.

• Financial Leadership: Take full ownership of project financials, including complex invoicing, precise billing projections, and transparent financial reporting to maintain the firm's fiscal health.

• Team Mentorship: Empower and guide junior staff members, providing the technical and professional mentorship necessary to build a high-performing, collaborative project team.

• Change & Scope Management: Implement proactive processes for documenting out-of-scope work and negotiating additional services to protect project integrity and firm resources.

• Operational Excellence: Utilize advanced project management software and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain rigorous organizational standards across multiple simultaneous projects.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a closely related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of industry-related experience, with at least 35 years specifically dedicated to Project Management.

• Software Proficiency: Proven expertise in industry-standard project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sector Expertise: Deep experience within the Grocery, Retail, Senior Living, or Industrial sectors.

• Leadership Drive: A track record of mentoring junior staff and a desire to advance into executive leadership roles.
