CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking Principal Engineer to provide expert guidance, technical excellence, and visionary leadership for our Manufacturing Team in Fort Washington, PA. This is your opportunity to lead major initiatives, influence best practices, and drive transformative solutions for communities.

Lead manufacturing and advancedtechnology facility projects, develop innovative engineering designs, process solutions, facility layouts, technical reports, and contract documents while guiding crossdisciplinary engineering teams
• Provide expert consultation and resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards, operational reliability, and client performance expectations
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases across architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process engineering disciplines
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and midlevel engineering staff
• Conduct engineering studies, system evaluations, feasibility analyses, and prepare technical reports for clients and internal leadership
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical narratives for clients, industry partners, and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or other related engineering field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience with engineered equipment and process solutions, practical in-plant/hands-on field engineering and management, and FEL project life cycle through construction for process piping projects are desired
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
• Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
• Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws

• Lead transformative projects that enable nextgeneration manufacturing and technological advancement across semiconductor fabrication, biotech and pharmaceutical facilities, research labs, food & beverage processing, and more
• Shape environments where precision, safety, and innovation intersect-directly influencing production capabilities and technological progress
• Mentor and inspire talented teams dedicated to designing highperformance facilities
• Collaborate with industry experts and company leaders within a flexible and forwardthinking work environment

$145,000 - $160,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
