Staff Accountant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team in Sacramento. We are in search of individuals who are passionate, diligent, and dedicated to ensuring top-notch client service, both internally and externally. The primaryresponsibility is to support the team regarding contract modifications, payments, expense reports, and any other related duties. This position reports to the Controller and Partners. Duties and Responsibilities: Process vendor & subcontractor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and within the assigned timeline. Assist Project Managers Ensure accurate and timely billing. Assist the Controller with payment collection. Maintain records regarding costs and project-related expenses. Communicate with subcontractors & vendors on billing requirements. Liaise with the client to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Cooperate and communicate effectively with the team to provide assistance and technical support. Other related duties as assigned or needed.
