And you'll have any number of opportunities for your career to grow in whatever direction you choose.As a professional in Financial Lines at The Hartford, your primary role will be to underwrite and actively pursue new business, servicing the needs of our brokerage partners on an account-by-account basis. The Senior Executive Underwriter/Executive Underwriter will serve as a key member of Hartford Financial Lines local region, reporting directly to an underwriting director on the Financial Institutions Underwriting Team. The Financial Institutions Underwriting Team focuses on management and professional liability products for public and private financial services institutions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
