Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandler, AZ. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee benefits, maintaining HR records, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. The role is responsible for helping implement and communicate HR policies, coordinating personnel changes, and supporting performance management and employee relations activities. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with managers to address HR-related inquiries, ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. This role also assists with HR reporting, HR systems updates, and the preparation of documentation needed for audits and organizational planning.\n

• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and organizational workforce needs.

• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management to help implement guidelines and manage employee records and processes effectively.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits to administer benefit plans, respond to employee questions, and coordinate with providers.
\n
• Experience with HRIS systems, data entry accuracy, and basic reporting and analytics is beneficial.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
\n
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations applicable in Arizona.
\n
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and HR experience.
\n
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
