Senior VDC Leader | BIM, Strategy & Team Growth
Gilbane
Gilbane is seeking a Senior VDC Manager to lead VDC staff across business units and manage workload, deliverables, and project execution. This role sits in the office and on job sites as needed, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, BIM standards development, and client-focused project delivery.
You will oversee a team of VDC Managers and Engineers, drive enterprise initiatives, and partner with BU leadership to align resources, schedules, and budgets.
