Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, understanding their concerns and identifying goals for therapy.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans based on evaluations, collaborating closely with clients to ensure alignment with their aspirations.

• Provide individual therapy sessions addressing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Regularly evaluate and modify treatment plans to reflect clients' progress, incorporating feedback and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations, working alongside healthcare professionals to provide holistic support that meets the needs of your clients.

• Prepare to address crises and provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

• Proven experience offering individual and couples therapy across different age groups.

• Strong skills in client assessments, treatment planning, and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with adaptability to electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
