Member Service Center Representative - Caribou

The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a professional to join our team as Member Services Center Representative located in Caribou, Maine. Responsibilities Answer inbound telephone calls. Direct calls to the appropriate personnel with minimal transfers. Process telephone transactions for members. Gather member information and identify solutions for members and potential members. Problem‑solve debit card issues. Remain vigilant and alert to fraud and scam activity. Maintain member account information in the computer system. Perform additional duties as assigned.
