Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - Operations Lead

5–8+ years of experience supporting PLM platforms, engineering systems, product data management, or configuration management functions Experience supporting advanced manufacturing, industrial, electronics, semiconductor, or data center infrastructure environments Strong understanding of: Product Lifecycle Management BOM administration Configuration management Document control processes Experience participating in PLM implementations, upgrades, or enterprise transformation initiatives Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and operational stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following platforms: PTC Windchill Arena PLM Autodesk Fusion Manage Oracle Agile PLM Experience supporting: Data Center Infrastructure Manufacturing Semiconductor Manufacturing Electronics Manufacturing Advanced Industrial Manufacturing High-Volume Assembly Operations Preferred Technical Experience PLM-to-ERP integrations PLM-to-MES integrations Digital Thread initiatives Product Configuration Management Power BI Reporting PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, CM2 Configuration Management, or related certifications are highly desirable. The PLM Lead is responsible for the implementation, administration, optimization, and operational support of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform supporting manufacturing operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and the Digital Systems Integration organization to ensure product data, engineering documentation, change management processes, and configuration control activities are effectively managed throughout the product lifecycle.
