The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and work well with others.

Job Description :

• Book new patient appointments.
• Enter patient payments.
• Correct adding patient insurance into electronic patient charts.
• Review patient accounts.
• Process patient registrations.
• Review past due bills and following up on past due accounts.
• Able to work well with other staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in computer software applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle patient records, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Professional language and customer service mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
• Passionate about healthcare excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Medical and Dental billing and calling on benefits preferred.

Schedule:

• Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:45am-4pm and Friday 7:45am-12pm
• Must be local, able to commute daily, and willing to travel to practice locations in Billerica & Worcester as needed.

• Working on-site is essential to the function of this position.
• Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
