Job description: Senior Project Manager Healthcare-inpatient and ambulatory care interiorsNew York, NY OR Melville, NYOur client is a leading architecture firm based out of NYC. They currently have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Job Captain for either their New York City office or Melville, NY location to handle production of construction documents and collaborate with consultants for their Healthcare in-patient and ambulatory care Interiors practice. Candidates should bring a minimum of 10 years of continuous experience within the healthcare vertical.Responsibilities:Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysisProficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and BluebeamInterface with the clients and consultantsLead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design throughconstruction documentsCoordination of architectural documents with other consultantsReview and markup architectural documentsRespond to RFIs during the GC Bidding phaseReview and process of shop drawings and submittals during construction administrationRespond to RFIs during constructionAttend construction administration meetings and write field reports Qualifications: Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projectsExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BluebeamA strong understanding and experience with NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2018 Guidelines, filing strategies, and base building infrastructureThe projected annual salary range for this position is $90K to $130KPosition Location: New York, NY or Melville NY(Hybrid) Why is This a Great Opportunity: Company is a great place to work presenting a solid work/life balance.
