We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
- Assist with scheduling and doing follow-ups
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
- Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Providing appropriate staffing updates to clients
- Ability to find fill-in staff for call outs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Home Care Staffing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
