This is an in-person field sales role where you'll meet directly with homeowners, learn about their needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from the first conversation to a signed agreement. What You'll Do As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll: Meet with homeowners in person to introduce solar and roofing solutions. Build trust and create positive customer experiences through face-to-face conversations. Ask questions and learn about each customer's needs, goals, and priorities. Explain available solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Present recommendations that align with the customer's needs. Answer questions and address concerns professionally. Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through closing. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships. Manage your daily schedule and sales activities independently. Work toward individual sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Compensation Expected annual earnings: 60,000–150,000 Your earnings are performance-based, giving you the opportunity to grow your income as you develop your skills and achieve sales results.
