You will partner across clinical, operational, and payer teams to improve timely access to treatment, strengthen site-of-care and capacity planning, support therapy initiation and navigation, and ensure safe, compliant, and financially responsible services. Essential ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Strategy and Transformation• Develop and execute enterprise strategy aligned with organizational priorities for quality, safety, access, workforce effectiveness, growth, and financial sustainability. • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that advance standardization, innovation, and operational excellence. Enterprise Performance and Operational Excellence • Establish performance expectations, metrics, and accountability mechanisms to ensure reliable execution across sites and care settings. • Advance standardization and reduce unwarranted variation in clinical, operational, and medication-use practices. • Ensure effective and responsible management of quality, safety, regulatory, and operational risks. Executive Leadership and Organizational Capability• Lead and develop pharmacy leadership and high-performing teams. • Serve as the senior pharmacy leader and strategic partner to executive, physician, nursing, and operational leadership. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development.QualificationsProgressive pharmacy leadership experience, within a complex academic medical center, integrated delivery network, or health system.Proven ability to lead through influence, build strategic partnerships, and drive large-scale organizational change.
