Description Sales‑Related Responsibilities Review retail sales targets and performance of each door on a monthly basis with ASOM. Analyze performance of the business versus sales objectives, sales trends, and competition. Generate sales reports. Ensure brand image and visual merchandising are in line with brand standards and philosophy at retail counters. Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in‑store programs, and activities. Ensure Brand Advisors (BAs) are aware of the marketing calendar, promotions, and related activities. Give direction and specific instructions to BAs to achieve sales goals, coaching individually based on strengths and weaknesses. Marketing Support Coordinate and execute new product launches, promotions, and in‑store program setups in collaboration with ASOM and the Store Design & Visual Merchandising team. Monitor product trends, performance, and identify potential sales opportunities for ASOM and the Marketing team. Ensure all go‑to‑market materials and promotional elements are available on time in store to support launches. Provide promotions reports to sales and marketing teams post‑campaign implementation, along with competitive intelligence on competitors’ programs. Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Advisors Assist ASOM in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity to ensure sufficient staffing coverage for the counters. Maintain BA grooming standards in accordance with the brand. Train and develop Beauty Advisors through counter coaching and in‑store meetings. Coach BAs on brand stories, hero products, and other important brand‑specifics for ELC brands near the sales floor. Utilize e‑learning platforms, including brand‑agnostic content, to coach BAs toward improved customer experience and sales productivity. Conduct Beauty Advisor/Generic Staff training for smaller doors. Collaborate closely with the Education team to develop training and coaching materials based on required touchpoints. Motivate BAs based on individual talents and skills to drive sales objectives and brand equity. Conduct initial onboarding for new Beauty Advisors in lower‑tier doors to ensure they are well‑versed with their brand(s) and the travel‑retail environment. General Spend minimum 70% of time in‑store, working and coaching BAs. Qualifications B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel‑retail industry. Well groomed. Good organization and communication skills. Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype, and in‑person presentations. Display empathy, agility, and a can‑do attitude. Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Comfortable and enthusiastic about learning new technology platforms. Willingness to travel.
