Company Overview PAM Transport, founded in 1980 in Tontitown, Arkansas, operates more than 2,000 trucks across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Position Summary Account Manager – Monday to Friday, 6:00AM–4:00PM. Salary range: $60,000–$70,000, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities Provide logistical solutions and build long‑lasting customer relationships. Maintain data integrity by accurately entering data from load building to appointment setting. Communicate proactively with customers to evaluate steps that exceed their expectations. Maximize operational potential for revenue and utilization growth and complete SOPs for new customers or lanes onboarded. Lead compliance calls with team and internal leadership, and track & trace booked loads. Flexibly support all aspects of operations across all shifts.
