Embark on a contract opportunity supporting K-8 students as a dedicated school-based OT, providing virtual services in a collaborative and student-centered environment. Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (current or in progress)
• Experience working in a school setting, especially with K-8 students, is highly preferred
• Proficiency in delivering teletherapy or willingness to learn virtual service delivery
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual OT services to a caseload of four students, supporting their individual needs and promoting their growth
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain thorough and timely session notes and progress reports
• Utilize creativity and adaptability to engage students in a remote learning format
• Work up to 7 hours per week, with the freedom to schedule 1 full day or spread sessions across multiple days to suit your lifestyle
