Business Development Manager - CA/AZ/WA

Owning the West Coast territory, the full-time remote Business Development Manager - CA/AZ/WA will build a book of business from scratch by sourcing and signing new clinic partners through outbound prospecting and consultative selling, while effectively communicating the value of the company's healthcare solutions. Key responsibilities Build and manage a territory across California, Arizona, and Washington, identifying clinic targets and creating a sales pipeline Source and close new clinic partnerships through outbound prospecting and consultative selling techniques Represent the company in the field, establishing trusted relationships with clinic owners and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Required qualifications 4+ years of outbound, new business sales experience with a proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals Demonstrated hunting ability with experience managing the full sales cycle Healthcare or health-adjacent sales experience, with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals Located on the West Coast and available to work in Pacific Time Experience selling into small, independent businesses is a plus
