Grow Therapy is a mission-driven company helping therapists grow their practice and patients access high-quality care. We are seeking a Sr.
Growth Manager, Strategic Partnerships to build and scale the conversion journey across partner categories, owning demand generation and qualified lead conversion end to end. You will manage paid channels, optimize the full funnel, and discover new growth channels to hit scale and efficiency goals.
