Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and couples therapy sessions.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in alignment with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at LifeStance Health, you will primarily engage with adult and child/adolescent patients, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and developmental disorders. Your work will focus on providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while guiding them in developing effective strategies to improve their emotional and relational well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is necessary; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
