Under the general direction of the Section Chief, the Development Manager leads a high-performing team responsible for application development, technical delivery, and operational support for the UIO application and its supporting systems. This role oversees both state and vendor resources and serves as a key leader in planning, coordinating, and delivering critical modernization and maintenance initiatives within the Product Development Division (PDD). The incumbent will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring applications and supporting environments remain stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards and customer expectations.
