Project Coordinator II

Job Description Project Coordinator Provide administrative support to a department or individual. This person will be working closely with supervisors and specialists to, but not limited to, contacting municipalities, applying for permits, scheduling work and equipment, gathering and assembling job packets, making work orders, monitoring condition codes and closing jobs, monitoring and entering training as assigned and completed, and other duties as assigned (not to exceed 5% of duties). Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. Effective facilitation skills and ability to facilitate group discussions and meetings. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as a collaborative team member. Detail orientation and superior organization skills. Pro-active, self-starter, and excellent time management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, deliverables, and priorities simultaneously. Also, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines with competing priorities. Assisting supervisors and support staff as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or Smartsheet is highly desired. Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
