The Technical Support Engineer will assist customers by identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting technical issues, while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
