You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or face-to-face customer service role and be able to perform the necessary requirements outlined below to be considered for this position.We offer a competitive base wage, commissions, and a great benefits package including: Medical/Dental/Vision, Heath (HSA) and Flexible (FSA) Spending Accounts, Disability and Life Insurance, 401k (with Company match), and generous paid time off program including Paid Sick Leave, 12 Paid Holidays, Charitable Time Off, Paid Jury Duty, Bereavement Leave, and more!DUTIES: The specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Make and take phone calls with prospective customers and residents, describing the community's features, benefits and valuePerform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers -- must be able to identify and sell to the customer's needsAccurately prepare/process required screenings and paperwork for applicants, new residents and residents renewing their leaseCreate and participate in resident social activitiesProvide quality, professional service to prospective residents, current residents, team members and vendorsAnd other various required duties related to the positionThese items are considered to be essential functions of this position.
